This one might be more for entertainment value or for those curious about Campari. We built this with the intention of experimenting, for the viewers, but had a feeling it wasn’t going to be our favorite. To work through the process, we also created a dry and normal variant to find the differences.

April 10, 2010 at 3:18 amThe Americano, as you noticed, is perhaps not the best drink when introducing one to Campari. If you would like to do more Campari episodes I have several, more accessible recipes that I have and can share if you are still interested in using Campari.

December 17, 2011 at 8:36 pmHello,
Actually the Americano is based on a drink called Milano-Torino (Campari and Martini Rosso)
The Milano-Torino was built on the Torino-Milano recipe (Campari and Amaro-Cora).
Thumbs up!
