May 18, 2010 at 12:02 amJust made this one for my wife – to quote her – “Why did you have to make me that”! That is really good, we used Carolans, which is the #1 Irish Cream in Ireland. I tried it with shaved ice, not as good as over rocks. Shaved ice adds too much water and messes up the texture. Great recipe – thanks!
