The Original Collins – Bols Genever

The original collins, the way it was done “way back when” in the 1800’s when the big imported product was Genever, before Gin took over. Much has changed but Genever is back and they’re bringing it back with some great tasting recipes. Before you begin, try to get a second strainer to “double strain” this cocktail; if you don’t have a second strainer just use one and call it good.
