The Hazelnut Witch, an absinthe recipe that has a very cool cocktail rimmer of graham crackers. The flavors, combined, work well together and create something a bit different than a standard frangelico recipe although the nutty flavors are definitely forward on the palate.
If you’re just getting into absinthe, this is a great cocktail to experiment with as it brings so much more than anise and fennel. Plus, it’s our first time getting a chance to try La Clandestine absinthe!
