When it comes to your right to sell liquor, a 74 year-old man in Colorado Springs tells robbers to stay away from his side of the liquor license. Police say the robber brandished a firearm and demanded money of the poor shop owner so the elderly store keep pulled his own weapon out and dropped the would be robber to the ground with a single shot to the chest.
The robber died at the local Memorial Hospital at 5:15 pm. Is this a justified shooting? To protect the mans shop and precious liquor I’d say hell ya! Currently no charges have been placed on the man for protecting his business and they’re not releasing any names.
What do you think? Is that justice or should he have just given him the money he demanded?
(Thanks, KOAA)
