The Nada Colada is easy to make, but also fits the bill for a standard mocktail at a tiki bar, or an island resort. You’ll barely tell the difference because the drink is so coconut forward sweet flavor that all else is lost. The pineapple juice just reenforces the sweetness and dilutes some of the creaminess of the coconut cream.

1 oz Coconut Cream
