The mint julep is a classically known mint based cocktail that’s much like that of a mojito in terms of mint, but it’s got less ingredients, no club soda, and primarily only spirit. This is a spirit forward summer drink known for being a potent ball of crushed ice.

For our mint julep we use a high proof bourbon which takes a bit of time to dilute down to where you can get more of a refreshing flavor (instead of icy fire).
