The James Joyce, An Irish Whiskey Cocktail

The James Joyce, who the hell is James Joyce? Ask Ian because apparently he’s a super genius when it comes to famous authors and writing. The cocktail, however, is also pretty neat.

Ian likes the cocktail a bit better than Derrick, who found it a bit…off. A cocktail he knows is fine but isn’t in his style. He likes it for… someone else to drink. No doubt, however, it’s a well balanced craft cocktail probably designed in a classic era.
