Today we’re going to show you how to make the Fogg Cutter, a tiki month cocktail with gin, rum and brandy! Plus, it’s got an extra “g” in it, so it’s different.

This cocktail is different than the traditional “Fog Cutter” (with a single G). It’s more juice-forward hidden flavor without the lemon-forward bite of a traditional Fog Cutter. The traditional fog cutter is

This is the best of the fog cutter variations so far, even if it tends to be more of a breakfast like cocktail. You won’t get scurvy !

Fogg Cutter
– 2 oz Orange Juice
– 1 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
– 1 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
– 1 oz Light Puerto Rican Rum
– 1 oz Dark Jamaican Rum
– 1 oz Brandy
– 1 oz Gin
– 1/2 tsp Almond Extract
– 8 oz crushed ice

The Fogg Cutter brings flavor’s of citrus with a forward “breakfast like” orange juice with a mix of amaretto. The alcohol is truly hidden in here, even though we’ve got Dark Jamaican Rum, Gin and Brandy hiding in this little bowl of fun.
