The Beachnik | Tiki Month

How do you make a beachnik? We are here to tell you, and you’re going to want some barenjager! This is our first tiki drink design that we can remember which has Licor 43.

The beachnik brings honey, vanilla, some sour and some rum together into a balanced cocktail that takes a bit to get used to because…well, frankly, we don’t know of any other tiki drink with these type of flavor properties. Perhaps it has some throat lozenge.

Beachnik
3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Licor 43
3/4 oz Barenjager
1 1/2 oz Light Puerto Rican Rum
