Christmas and the general holiday season is coming up, so it’s time to think of a good eggnog recipe. We have two coming up, the first is our classic spiked eggnog drink the second will be a Dale Degroff eggnog cocktail created by his Uncle Angelo.
Winter cocktails can be fun, especially when they’re about freshly made ingredients. This eggnog drink works well for fast creation, if you don’t care for the honey or don’t find it sweetness enough for you, try simple syrup instead.
Christmas, winter and holidays are all about eggnog here in the United States. We suggest you try a good eggnog drink and compare it to the store bought brand and see if you find one better than the other. Most of use here at the CMC can drink all, but a few of us can’t stand store bought thick eggnog.
Spiked Eggnog Recipe
– 1 whole egg
– ½ oz. brandy
– 1 oz. dark rum
– 2 oz. heavy cream
– ¾ oz. honey syrup
– Fresh Grated Nutmeg & Cinnamon
