Today we create a user submitted recipe, the Radius Sidecar. It is a brandy cocktail using Remy martin VSOP and has a bit of a cranberry dry finish. Why?
Because it has cranberry juice in it, but you can’t see it as the color isn’t red. This drink brings a bit of a sweet note and we have a hard time keying in on what is creating that sweetness as there is nothing in here to really draw out the sweet sensation.
