Jack Rudy Elderflower Gin & Tonic

People ask, “what did you drink on New Years Eve?” We drank Jack Rudy Elderflower Gin & Tonics and played Texas Hold’em, that’s what we did. Today, we re-create that experience in a collins glass with a bit more soda utilizing the recipe on the back of the Jack Rudy Elderflower Tonic bottle.
