The Skin Diver
– 3/4 oz Demerara Rum
– 1 1/2 oz Gold Puerto Rican Rum
– 1 1/2 oz Honey Mix
– 1 1/2 oz Orange Juice
– 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
– 1/2 oz Heavy Cream
– 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
– 6 drops Vanilla Extract
– 1 cup crushed ice

The Skin Diver is a cream-based tiki cocktail that brings sweetness with a buried rum flavor that’s hidden behind the honey, angostura, vanilla, and citrus. No doubt a riff off of the Pearl Diver, with slightly more accessible ingredients.
