Coffee flavor and chocolate flavor together? A perfect reason, because it tastes good. Plus, we add ice to it, since we’re making it a cold cocktail — although the recipe didn’t state it, it does have “cold” in the name, right?

Scottish Cold Brew
– 1 oz Scotch Whiskey
– 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
– 2 oz Coffee Liqueur
– 3-4 dashes cacao bitters
– Float Heavy Cream

This cocktail brings no actual coffee, but we use Mr. Black which brought some nice beany flavor to the scotch and chocolate with a good float of cream on top. Who needs traditional cold brew when you can have coffee liqueur!
