The Norwegian Wood makes for a great fall or holiday cocktail, if you can get the ingredients for it. Many can cost some cash, but it’s still far cheaper than ordering it at the bar.

Kinda reminds us of the Trinidad Sour, with that angostura quantity. All done in a serious fall drink.

Norwegian Wood
– 1 oz aquavit
– 1 oz applejack or apple brandy
– ¾ oz sweet vermouth
– ¼ oz yellow Chartreuse
– 1 oz Angostura bitters
