– 3 oz Siempre Anejo Tequila
– 3/4 of a barspoon maple syrup
– 4 dashes Orange Bitters
This drink brings a bit of sweet, a bit of aged flavor along with a touch of citrus. The goal of the Manhattan Goes Hollywood is to create a manhattan like cocktail but based on where it was created: Hollywood Florida. The Siempre Anejo shines front-and-center because we only bring in minimal other ingredients to allow the aged specimen to do the work. Thus giving this a standard cocktail appeal but with a “straight up” aggression and directness.
