Today we’re going to show you how to make the Dirty Banana, a blended drink that brings real banana and rum together. The “dirty” is the coffee liqueur, however some folks may want to add or substitute that for chocolate liqueur.
As Dan says, you may also see chocolate swirls used as a garnish for the glass in this frozen drink.
Chicago Hi-Ball Glasses:
– 1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
– 1 oz. Coffee Liqueur
– 1 oz. Creme de Banana (use Malibu Banana Rum)
– 1 oz. Whipping Cream
– 1 oz. Milk
– 1 Full Peeled Banana
It’s hard not to love the flavor of rum, banana, cream and coffee. Use your favorite banana spirit, in this we use Malibu Banana Rum.
