Today we’re going to make four cocktails of progressing heat, like Hot Ones. We’ll bust out a ghost pepper margarita, and a chocolate ghost pepper margarita. But, in the middle we’ll try a Jalapeño Margarita.

This recipe is hot, but it depends on which one you try and then which order you retry them in. We’re going to start with our standard recipe (no heat), then move to our Jalapeño infusion, then ghost pepper infusion, and end with a chocolate ghost pepper infusion.
How to infuse? Here are the times we used (they may be aggressive on heat):
Jalapeño Infusion: Siempre + 2 Jalapeño peppers (chopped), let sit in siempre for 6 hours.
Ghost Pepper Infusion: Siempre + 2 ghost peppers (chopped), let sit in siempre for 2 hours.

Ghost Pepper Margarita
2 oz. Siempre Blanco Tequila (infused with spice)
1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
3/4 oz Orange Liqueur
3/4 oz Agave Nectar
