Today we’ll make the Fall From The Tree cocktail recipe, a fall cocktail with apple and cinnamon and flavorfulness. Also, Ian cuts apples funny.

A flavorful fall cocktail that’s not too sweet yet the cinnamon shines as well as a bit of the clove from the bitters (we used Jerry Thomas bitters). This would make a great thanksgiving cocktail.

Fall from The Tree
1 1/2 oz Laird’s applejack (or bourbon or scotch)
1 oz fresh apple juice
1/2 oz cinnamon syrup
1/4 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 dash The Bitter Truth aromatic bitters
Garnish: apple slice
