Division Bell Cocktail – Drink Recipe – How We Do It!

The division bell is one of our top recipes, we make these every month and often kill bottles of mezcal doing so. We drink them all season long and love to experiment with different mezcal varieties to see which is the best. The problem is, we love them all.

Division Bell (our way)
– 3 oz mezcal
– 2 1/4 oz aperol
– 2 1/4 oz fresh lime juice
– 1 1/2 oz maraschino liqueur

The aperol fruit and bite against the smokey agave with just enough lime to offset the sweetness of maraschino and aperol.
