That’s right, we’re going to “sip” gently upon a 500,000 Scoville vodka, a naga chilli vodka. This is indeed a spicy vodka or what I would like to call is a pepper tincture as it’s not too far off (if not exactly the same) as other tinctures people create.
The difference is, this 50cl bottle is branded as a “vodka” and can be applied as such (in low quantities) but unlike a whipped vodka or other trendy product, Naga Chilli Vodka has a lot of actual uses outside of simply a gimmick to give to your friends at a party.
Naga Chilli Vodka, in a 500,000 Scovilles heat, can be used to bring heat to home made DIY cocktail bitters, to liqueur infusions or straight up in a cocktail build (by the drop). Spicy cocktails are trending right now and infusing your own products might be a hassle if getting supremely spicy peppers are challenging.
One key difference with Naga Chilli Vodka as compared to many hot pepper vodka’s is that heat. Many chilli vodka’s give the impression of heat with a huge influence of green pepper, but the heat tends to take a back seat to the vegetable it arrived from–not with product of Hot Enough Vodka Company!
