Before we get into gin cocktails, let’s explore gin and creating our own homemade gin. We create our gin in under five minutes using the ISI Whipper and some cream chargers. But, you’ll need some herbs!
The herbs we use give the gin a basic ‘gin taste’, but you can expand upon those with other herbs and spices like black pepper, all spice, etc.
The Gin Recipe
4 oz. vodka
Orange Peel (wash off wax)
Lemon peel (wash off wax)
1.5 tsp. Juniper berries (crushed)
1 sprig Rosemary
1 cardamom pod (crushed)
½ tsp cinnamon chips
1 tsp. elderflower
