This recipe really brings back the desire for a good citrus based cocktail. There is a lot of people that will make the lemon drop cocktail as a sticky mess of gross. There are many that will make the lemon drop martini as a huge sour bomb in your face. Then there is this recipe, which actually utilizes fine granulated sugar over simple syrup (or gross ass flavored vodka).

1 tsp / 5 ml Fine Granulated Sugar
3/4 oz. / 22 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
