How To Make The Pisco Sour

https://botanicalorganic.com/q28akylr Tasting Notes: Mildy sour, with an intriguing pisco flavor highlight with bits of sweetness in a very smooth silky body. No alcohol flavor and only a gentle bitterness and an off-dry finish. Almost has a bit of a cachaça sweet rum flavor to it as well.

This classic is as great as it looks, it’s unique yet appealing taste is a complete change up to the typical cocktail menu, definitely a must try. The foamy head lasts for over 20 minutes with the nice egg white structure.

We purchased a bottle of La Diablada to create our Pisco sour as Pisco isn’t really something I can easily get my hands on in our State.

The egg white top make this one looking great 🙂 Unfortunately, I think we’ll never know the truth about who invented the Margarita.. But I think drinks that represent the USA are bourbon drinks, Mint Julep, or Lynchburg Lemonade
