Tasting Notes: Herbal black licorice/fennel like flavor, but not as intense as that of absinthe/sambucca. Overall flavor meets that of a coffee bean wrapped in fennel.
Two ingredients to build this coffee-like shooter complete with a light alcohol burn and more flavorful dark bean and anise. Question of the Day: What are your opinions of Jagermeister? Got a bad jager story?
Recipe:
- 1/2 oz. Patron XO Cafe
- 1/2 oz. Jagermeister

June 11, 2012 at 3:07 pmBack in the days I had an awesome Jager night at an Aussie pub, and maybe the worst hangover I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, I had an important exam in the morning. I wrote a few things, then I ran in the restroom to puke. Few weeks later and I’ve been told that I scored better than almost everyone in the class. I still don’t understand what happened 😀

April 6, 2013 at 7:26 amThanks for the mix idea! I’m from Romania and we love Jagermeister. But, then again, we love any hard liquor. And alcohol, in general.
