We’ve covered some low calorie cocktails already this week from Grey Goose, now it’s time to touch on another spirit company trying to lighten our weight for the holidays. It’s obviously become a growing concern for many, often unspoken, but low calorie cocktails are the design of the future. I know many folks just say, “look, it’s the holidays, I’ll lose the weight as my resolution” but we also know how those resolutions end up working out in the end, right?
TY KU say’s The Calorie Control Council recently reported that the average American consumes over 1,500 calories alone during a typical holiday cocktail hour, which means you will probably exceed your 2,000 recommended daily calorie intake well before dinner time rolls around.
Here are some recipes to consider using TY KU Sake and Asian Spirits for those that can get their hands on them.
