ABV 46: Blackberry Caipirinha

A slightly unique caipirinha that goes beyond the basic flavors found in the cachaça recipe. We’re tasting it against Boca Loca, Cachaca 51 and Leblon. The recipe we’re using for the https://www.wavysurfcamp.com/s7m5t1jld28 Blackberry Caipirinha looks something like:

• 2 oz. Leblon Cachaça
• 6 Blackberries
• 1/4 Lime
• 1 tsp Superfine sugar or ½ oz Simple Syrup
• Glass-Rocks

Cut the lime into two wedges. Muddle the lime, blackberries and sugar in a shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and add Leblon Cachaça. Shake vigorously. Serve in a rocks glass. Garnish with a blackberry.
