Midori makes a return today (but not all week) for the Green Eyes Cocktail. This cocktail brings more of a sour bite than we typically seem to be making (not on purpose). The taste is deliciously sour, it won’t tear your face off with sours but it will nip at your tender cheek loins.
Great little cocktail, nice color and presentation.
