Welcome to the latest edition of the Everyday Drinkers Podcast, episode 25 in which we cover Scotch Whisky. Two of us are whisky drinkers, the other two.. not so much. We’re diving head first into Dalwhinnie Single Highland Malt, Chiva’s Regal Premium Blended, The Glenlivet Single Malt, Dewar’s White Label, Dalmore, Glenfiddich Special Reserve, Johnnie Walker Red Label and Black and Cragganmore.
We’re trying to hit up the entire island! That’s what you do in a drinking podcast I guess.

April 17, 2009 at 2:00 amHey Derrick,
Listened to the scotch podcast. I grew up drinking my dad’s J&B. I always liked it. I’ve also had some aged Glenlevit.Smooooth!!n I likedd johnnie Walker Red labelas well. Scotch is an extremely subjective subject! Also taste is in your mouth.
Scotch is an acquired taste, if you want to like it you probably will. Single malts are awesome, but if I had’nt acquird a taste for the the blended first, I’m not so sure I would have dug the singles. To me scotch whisky is a mellow sipppin’ drink that I have one or two glasses of before I go to bed on a Friday night. Goodnight!
Irish Whiskey is great too , but a different animal.
Dig it,
Matt
