The B-52 is a pousse-café style drink, labeled as such for its layered alcohols using “science” to determine alcohol gravities. If you’re not into science you can always trust the research of others and read a recipe.
The term pousse-café roughly translates to “coffee chaser” because they go so well after you’ve had a cup of coffee. Of course, the most impressive part of the B-52 is the layering of the three alcohols: kahlua, bailey’s irish cream and grand marnier.
