Tasting Notes: A gin-based cocktail creation that brings some fennel in a very straight forward way while keeping some of the subtle gin flavors. However, Pernod does not yield to gin and really is a rush of flavor within the drink.
Gin. The London Fog cocktail brings gin and Pernod together so pick your favorite gin and bring to it fennel/absinthe flavor which will no doubt be extremely direct and powerful within the cocktail, but you should still pickup the subtle flavor of gin.

- 1/2 oz. Pernod
