The Lemon Jacks, A Rum Cocktail

The lemon jacks, a cocktail Derrick was slightly worried about but ends up tasting pretty darn good. A rum based cocktail, always good, that plays itself as a sour.

Typically lime has been utilized with rum but sometimes you want something that shakes up your mouth hole with something new. The trifecta of lime + rum + sugar is slightly tilted on its head for this drink. The addition of cinnamon drives home the spice side of the flavor profile.
