We have two guest hosts this week with Derrick and we make a cocktail with as many natural ingredients as we can but… as it turns out, Hawaiian Punch, as fake as it may be, could be the right ingredient for the job.
Derrick thought he’d done right by using a natural fruit punch but, due to the water, the cocktail turns out a bit strong on the ‘punch’ and light on the sweet. As Dan says, perhaps a bit more fructose could have made this cocktail more of a winner.
In any case, build this cocktail with some bright red over-sweet fruit punch and see how it turns out.
