Today we build the Cheeky Bastard, twice, once with fresh juice and once with off-the-shelf juice. We’ll taste the two cocktails and see if they taste any different…because they sure look different.
This is a great lesson in good juice usage and fresh fruit making a difference in cocktails. It’s not just about ratio and balance, but about ingredients and hopefully that is obvious by the end.
