The brandy flip, a cocktail with a whole egg built like an eggnog, in some ways we may have been able to create this over the winter holidays. But, we didn’t, so here is the Brandy Flip.
This cocktail isn’t that hard to build but you have to be ‘okay’ with utilizing egg in your cocktail to a high degree. While there isn’t anything wrong with that, it does give some folks the heebie jeebies.
This cocktail utilizes the old school ingredient measures, it looks like this!

1 Egg brokin in whole, 2 level teaspoonfulls bar sugar, 1 jigger of brandy, crushed ice.
