Sin Cyn Cocktail / With Cynar

Today we play with Cynar for the first time! Cynar is an Italian bitter liqueur made from 13 herbs and plants. We build a simple cocktail to test drive our new bottle.

This drink sounds like a boulevardier with bourbon…because it essentially is a boulevardier but with scotch!
