The Bloody Tony

1 1/2 oz. Stoli Jalapeño vodka
1/2 oz. Bakon vodka
1/2 oz. Canton ginger liqueur
2 1/2 oz. Tomato juice
2 oz. Carrot juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Splash lemon juice
A few dashes of celery salt
Dash garlic powder
Dash bacon flavored salt
2 dashes firewater bitters
2 dashes celery bitters

+ GARNISHES: A SLICE COOKED BACON, JALAPEÑO PEPPER, GINGER, CELERY, SCALLION, SLICE OF LEMON

Put all ingredients except the garnishes in a shaker.
Fill a 16 ounce glass with ice almost to the top.
Shake the mixture, and pour into glass.
Garnish with desired garnishes.

Scrappy’s Spicy Bloody Mary

2 oz vodka
8 oz Clamato juice
1/2 oz Worcestershire sauce
Bar spoon of kosher dill pickle juice
2 shakes salt
2 shakes pepper
4 dashes celery bitters
4 dashes firewater bitters
1 tsp real horseradish
1/4 oz lime juice

Shake and strain into a tall pilsner glass filled with ice. Sprinkle top of drink and garnish with celery salt. Garnish with a sandwich stacker kosher dill pickle slice rolled up longways and put on garnish pick with 3 green olives on each side of it.

Scrappy’s Spicy Bloody Mary

2 oz New Amsterdam Gin
2 1/2 oz v8 ORIGINAL VEGETABLE juice
4 dashes scrappys bitters celery
2 dashes scrappys Firewater
1 squeeze of lime wedge(two if the limes are small)
1 squeeze of lemon wedge
2 healthy dashes of old bay seasoning

Combined ingredients over ice stir and server in a chilled cocktail(martini) glass with a lime wheel garnish.

Spicy Bacon Bloody Mary

2.5 oz. Bacon Vodka
4.5 oz. Clamato Juice
0.5 oz. Sriracha
0.5 oz. Lime Juice
Pinch Garlic Salt
Pinch Black Pepper Coarse
1 Strip Bacon – Chopped into bits and pan fried to crispy and then cooled (OPTIONAL)
3 Dashes Celery Bitters
5 Dashes Firewater Bitters

Garnish Lime wedge, Celery Stalk, Bacon Bits

Fill glass with ice. Add vodka, salt, pepper, sriracha , lime juice and then clamato. Add bitters and stir, Add  Celery, lime wedge, and bacon bits to garnish.

Devil’s Drivin’

2 oz. Los Nahuales Mezcal Blanco (or whatever Mezcal you have, just not crema)
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
3 oz. tomato juice
2 oz. fresh red bell pepper juice
2 tbsp Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ original sauce
dash or fresh black pepper, chipotle chili powder, cinnamon
3 dashes Scrappy’s Firewater Bitters
6 dashes Scrappy’s Celery Bitters

Add all ingredients into a shaker tin and roll the drink back and forth to another tin to mix thoroughly.

Garnish:  BBQ sauce/French’s fried onions rim with HABANERO HORNS!!! (or celery and whatever else you want)
