Today we use eggwhite in the form of egg beaters because we ran out of real eggs. But, the cocktail still comes out with the right texture and consistency, which is pretty cool. This is a super sour cocktail that Doug doesn’t like but Ian and Derrick can definitely work with on the taste bud.
Reminds us of the Lemon Head Candy.

- 1 oz. Vodka
- 3/4 oz. Apricot Brandy
- 1/3 oz. Yellow Chartreuse
- 1 oz. Lemon Juice
- Eggwhite
- 3/4 Dashes Grapefruit Bitters
