Old Irish Orchard Cocktail / Extended Edition

Today we create the old Irish orchard, a cocktail utilizing Irish whiskey and, yes, even some orange. This cocktail may be similar to an Irish Orange drink that Ian made awhile ago.

Seems Irish Whiskey and orange fit well together and this cocktail keeps it classy with more potency than juicy flavor and even some orange bitters to keep it classy.
