The Jet Pilot, a tiki cocktail I had never heard of before until I saw the new B.G Reynolds’s Mixer by the same name. So, given we had an unknown Tiki drink in the assumption we had busted out most of the most well known tiki cocktails, it was time to do The Jet Pilot.
This is a traditional tiki, so expect a bit of grapefruit and a quick blend on crushed ice to chill it up quickly. It also contains a few rums, not too unusual for a tiki beverage along side lots of unique syrups and craziness.
