How To Make The White Walker Cocktail

Today we’re going to show you how to make the white walker cocktail recipe. Game of Thrones? Not quite, more like a riff off the Zombie that is very summer-time friendly yet the original cocktail was for halloween? Seems strange given the lovely ingredients.

This, what we’ll call a spring/summer style cocktail has a good balance of sweet, rum flavor and pineapple juice love. The “zombie” riff no doubt plays off the rum combined with sugar and cinnamon but we’re using pineapple juice over the grapefruit juice (from Don’s Mix) and the sheer bomb of insanity of a zombie.

Unlike a traditional zombie, the White Walker will allow you to enjoy your cocktail recipe on the beach, at the pool or anywhere tiki cocktails are enjoyed while still being able to stand and pronounce your name later in the night. Tiki designs can be slightly scary. But this makes a good tiki recipe for your next tiki party.

The White Walker Cocktail Recipe
– 1.5 oz. Caribbean aged rum
– 0.5 oz. Panamanian light rum
– 1.5 oz. Pineapple juice
– 0.75 oz. Fresh lemon juice
– 0.75 oz. Cinnamon syrup
– 0.5 oz. Simple syrup
– Garnish: tropical fruits

So no game of thrones specific cocktail design here but we’d drink one while re-watching the seasons, why not!
