Today we’ll show you how to make the smoke show mezcal cocktail for Mezcal Month!
Bookmark the recipe:
Today we take a smokey mezcal to produce a sour cocktail recipe called the Smoke Show. This drink utilizes Cynar as a bittering agent for the Smoke Show recipe but it doesn’t make this mezcal drink that unapproachable. You’ve got a good balance, some herbal flavor and still retain that smokey flavor of Mezcal.
This would be something we could see as the “Boston Sour” of Mezcal cocktail recipes. Have you not had enough Mezcal drinks? Well, we got a playlist for you, for all of Mezcal Month: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL5zfqDuFro3zs4eee2kYT-T-81kdtNlCp
