The holidays are amongst us, Thanksgiving has passed and it’s time to talk about drinks that fit the season. Ginger Snap cookies are popular this time of year, so it’s now time to pair that cookie with the Ginger Snap cocktail recipe.
This ginger snap drink brings a bit of cream, yet it isn’t thick and creamy, along side some crushed cinnamon yet it’s not overwhelmingly spicy.
The Ginger Snap cocktail also gives you a new reason to use your Canton Ginger liqueur, which we’ve always found a bit hard to use (since it’s usually easy to bring ginger beer into drinks). Fresh ginger is a bit of a pain to work with and muddle, so Canton Ginger Liqueur does make some sense here and it’s not that hot and spicy.
