The Emerald Old Fashioned is a unique flavored cocktail that has some similarities to a Sazerac or maybe a Boulevardier more so than a traditional old fashioned.

It is because the Emerald Old Fashioned cocktail recipe comes equipped with green chartreuse and a bit of honey and absinthe so you get some “black licorice” like flavor profile.

But, an old fashioned? Not entirely. Still a good tasting experience, even if it doesn’t turn out to be the drink we order more than once.
