I love a good earl grey tea, HOT, just like Picard of the Enterprise and not just because he did. What better way to fill out a nice hot toddy cocktail recipe with a warm tea!
There are dozens of hottie totties out there, but we made a riff off a few variations of hot toddy’s with earl grey tea. Instead of just using water the acidity of the tea fills out the flavor profile along side some star anise and cinnamon and we’re ready to go!
