Sure, the cosmo looks like a drink for ladies, but did you know pink was a guys color before it was a girls color? Yeah, it’s time to change the world. Drink up!

Time for an easy vodka cocktail everyone! The Cosmopolitan cocktail recipe also called the “cosmo” is one step up from super easy vodka cocktails to just simply an easy vodka cocktail. This simple cocktail brings with it just enough flavor nuance to make it exciting enough to order at the bar.

The bartender no doubt has heard of the cosmopolitan cocktail and probably has a staple recipe to use, however, we suggest asking them to make it this way: you can easily balance a cosmo to be way to alcohol-forward or too cranberry (dry) forward.

The proper balance to a cosmopolitan is what makes this a stellar cocktail creation. Remember, simple vodka cocktails can go sideways fast if ratios are not followed.

Cosmopolitan
1 1/2 oz. / 50 ml Citrus Vodka
1 oz. / 30 ml Triple Sec
1/2 oz. / 15 ml Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 oz. / 7 ml Cranberry Juice
