Absinthe time! We take some Lucid absinthe and bust out a drink that reminds us of a “light absinthe” cocktail because it’s a bit easier on the senses. The Green Beast is still very much an absinthe drink but it has a lighter anise attack with a bit of back-end sourness that’s not too acidic. - 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
- 2 oz. Ice Water
