The Fallen Angel is a fairly sour cocktail, maybe even a super-sour cocktail that focuses on gin. Use a gin you like because gin will be a big part of this cocktail, if it’s too sour, add a dash of simple syrup.

- 1/2 Tsp White Creme de Menthe
- 1 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1 Dash Bitters
- 1 Cherry
- 1-2 Dashes Celery Bitters
