June 14, 2015 at 5:10 pmDoing a blind tasting with drinks ordered dark to light, then getting all the bottles out and looking at the labels and unavoidably noticing colour of rum in the bottles, gives a bit of a clue and makes the test less blind. “All the rums in the basement” would have been enough at the beginning of the test, naming the rums tasted would be better done afterwards. More of a reveal if done that way.
